Why choose Naturally Laced?

Naturally laced is aimed at giving the most natural results in regards to lace. Our mission is for women worldwide to feel beautiful, confident and sexy in our wigs.

We offer custom closure units as well as pre-made frontal units (factory-made) ready to make.

Our closure units are constructed by hand and machine. The benefits of our units are their glueless nature and the lack of commitment needed.

Shipping Policy?

Naturally Laced ships on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays.

The following fall under shipping:

Custom Units (Film Lace Closure Wigs)

-Units ship in 7-9 business days after payment and completion.
-Naturally Laced uses DHL as our shipper

In most cases, we will ship your items before that. It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, please order in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may occur out of our control.

Return Policy?

Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product, Naturally Laced currently does not accept returns. The only exception to this is receipt of an incorrect order. We are proud of the high-quality wigs and extensions that we offer and thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. As a result, we have had near to none requests for return. Only regular priced items may be considered for an exchange; units should not be tampered with, lace cut or wig worn.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. There are a few exceptions to this policy please read below to see if you meet the criterion. Before using your new wig or hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color and texture desired. We highly recommend you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without cutting the lace or hair or tampering with the unit/bundles in any way. **Please note the photos of our hair are in their raw state and not altered. Therefore once the hair is washed it will differ from the photos online and you will have the desired texture you purchase. If you have any questions about our textures and products, please feel free to contact us prior to purchase for assistance.

When returning or exchanging the unit must be in the exact shape it was when it was purchased/received, all clips, bands or any other items must be returned with the unit.

Due to orders being customized there is no return on custom wig orders.

When are tracking numbers updated?

Tracking orders are updated once the order is shipped off and will be sent to your email.

Can i wear Wig glueless?

Yes. Our wigs come with an elastic strap, adjustable straps + combs which are helpful to beginner/advanced wig wearers who prefer to not use glue.

Can i create my own Wig?

Absolutely! If there’s a particular way you’d like your wig to be made or customized that’s not offered on the website for eg., different variations of colour or length, etc. you can send us an email or dm about what you would like with, photo references and an explanation.

What is a Lace Closure?

A lace closure is a small hairpiece usually used with hair weave/wig installation and allows you to wear a full wig unit/full weave without leaving much if any of your hair out. You can part your hair in pretty much any way you like, so when worn properly it will be a great protective, natural-looking style.

What is a Lace Frontal?

A lace frontal is used when you want to recreate the entire hairline from ear to ear and the hair can be parted freely to be worn in the middle, left, or right side. Frontal hairpieces allow more versatility when styling your hair for several reasons.

How long do Closures/Frontals last?

Lace Closures usually last between 2-3 months if cared for properly. They can even surpass that based on proper maintenance.

However, Lace Frontals have a shorter life span of 4-6 weeks or 1-2 uses due to their unique and delicate craftsmanship. It typically needs to be re-applied and strictly maintained in order to get the full wear.

Texture/Colour Disclaimer?

Since each bundle is from a distinct individual, each one has its own specific and unique characteristics. Though very similar, no two bundles are the exact same in texture and pattern. As we try our best to pair the most alike bundles together, it’s possible to receive bundles that are slight to moderately different in color shade and texture.

We do try our best to pair bundles with similar patterns and color shades however, it’s not a guarantee you’ll receive the exact same bundles in color and or texture.
