Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product, Naturally Laced currently does not accept returns. The only exception to this is receipt of an incorrect order. We are proud of the high-quality wigs and extensions that we offer and thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. As a result, we have had near to none requests for return. Only regular priced items may be considered for an exchange; units should not be tampered with, lace cut or wig worn.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. There are a few exceptions to this policy please read below to see if you meet the criterion. Before using your new wig or hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color and texture desired. We highly recommend you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without cutting the lace or hair or tampering with the unit/bundles in any way. **Please note the photos of our hair are in their raw state and not altered. Therefore once the hair is washed it will differ from the photos online and you will have the desired texture you purchase. If you have any questions about our textures and products, please feel free to contact us prior to purchase for assistance.
When returning or exchanging the unit must be in the exact shape it was when it was purchased/received, all clips, bands or any other items must be returned with the unit.
