NL Custom Units
*For Quick Processing & Shipping, needing for a deadline or special occasion please email or DM us to confirm availability.*

Our NL custom units are custom made in store by our team in store with the information you provide for head size etc. Because the nature of the custom wigs our processing times for those unis (NL custom units) processing times may vary but not exceed 12-15 BUSINESS DAY, most cases we will ship your items before that. It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, please order in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may occur out of our control.

Ready to Ship products that do not require custom colour or will process and ship between 10-12 BUSINESS DAYS

All our orders usually ships with DHL for FEDEX for our US and international shipping. Shipping arrival after you have received your tracking number is usually anywhere between 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS, if there is no delay due to weather or holidays.

Please keep in mind that shipping time and processing time are NOT the same. To have an idea of when you will receive your item, add processing time and shipping time.  ShopNLPro/NaturallyLacedLLC is NOT responsible for third parties delays.

Shipping Address 

If shipping and billing address are different, ShopNLpro will ask the customer to provide additional information to confirm identity. A copy of the customer holding ID and ccd used to make purchase. 

Duties and Customs Fees

For all international orders, ShopNLpro does not include duties or custom fees in shipping fees. Therefore, depending on the destination country, duties and customs will be levied by the destination country.ShopNLPro is not

responsible for duties and Customs fees levied by other countries. By purchasing on our website, you agree that any duties and fees levied will be paid by you.
