At Naturally Laced, all orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

We stand behind the premium quality of our wigs and extensions. Every unit undergoes a thorough inspection prior to shipment to ensure consistency, craftsmanship, and excellence. As a result, requests for return or exchange are exceedingly rare.
Only regular-priced items may be considered for exchange and must meet all of the following conditions:
